SSC CGL 2024 Selection Process
The SSC CGL 2024 Exam will take place in two tiers. Tier 1 will be an online, computer-based test that is qualifying in nature. The marks from this exam will not count towards the final result. Only those who pass the Tier 1 Exam will be eligible for the Tier 2 Exam.
Tier 2 consists of three papers: Paper I, Paper II, and Paper III.
- Paper I: Compulsory for all posts.
- Paper II: For candidates applying for the Junior Statistical Officer position in the Ministry of Statistics and Program Implementation.
- Paper III: For candidates applying for the Assistant Audit Officer or Assistant Account Officer positions.
Only candidates who qualify for the Tier 1 Exam will move on to Tier 2. The cut-off scores for the SSC CGL 2024 Exam will be released separately for each paper in Tier 2.
